The AMJ Construction Management team works proactively with developers to complete their multifamily residential project within a timeline that meets their needs. Primarily consisting of new construction, renovation/rehab, and adaptive re-use projects, our multifamily construction management ranges from affordable to market rate housing. Each multifamily residential project presents a unique set of challenges, including lending requirements, construction scheduling, local compliance approvals, and various product types.

Throughout the entire construction process we work closely with the architect and various consultants, making key decisions for effective and efficient cost management. This includes using knowledgeable and experienced cost estimators on staff that utilize our vast historical database, which provides accurate cost expense forecasting at critical design milestones. These timely design decisions, coupled with accurate cost estimating, are critical to successful project outcomes for our clients.

AMJ’s approach to Tenant In Place Rehabilitation addresses sensitive issues that can often arise during housing rehabilitation. These types of projects require precise coordination, specialized expertise, and a proactive approach to ensure successful schedule management and issue resolution. AMJ works tirelessly with developers and design consultants to review as-built drawings and building records to uncover potential unforeseen issues. We collaborate and coordinate with a pool of specialized contractors to provide constructability reviews and cost information at key points throughout the entire design discussion, and take a hands-on approach in managing the construction to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
